Jon Oh
Director, Tax & Accounting
Finance professional with over 12 years of experience in Big 4 where he was across multiple industries. He had exposure in audit, consulting, and advisory, with a strong focus on regional FP&A, finance business partnering, M&A, and investment advisory. He has also supported organisations across Southeast Asia and China, working closely with senior leadership on financial strategy, capital allocation, and transaction-related decisions.
He holds an MBA and was the Valedictorian of his Accounting degree (2014).
Lynn Chan
Director, Corporate Secretarial
Finance professional with over 15 years of experience across audit, accounting, FP&A, and corporate secretarial functions, supporting businesses across different stages of growth. Her professional background includes Big 4 audit experience, working with multinational corporations and regional groups.
She holds an MBA and is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore (CA), CPA Australia, and a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA).

Project management professional with over 10 years of experience in assisting SMEs to enhance business operational efficiency, HR & payroll management, investments, M&A, and financing matters.
He holds a MSc in Project Management (Finance Specialisation), National University of Singapore.
